TRACK SAN is a software solution for managing the production of sanitary ceramics.
From the stage of casting you can control every single piece until delivery to the customer, drawing in the production cycle, each step made by recording and step by step all the information necessary to determine the negative and positive factors that make up the process itself.

TRACK BASE - Back Office Management

Integrations
TRACK SAN has a form of integration with the most famous management procedures and ERP. The procedure is already integrated with:
• Zucchetti Adhoc Revolution (with direct connection to the store procedure).
• Zucchetti Adhoc Enterprise (with direct connection to the store procedure).
• Arca 2000 (import and export data).
The use of relational database allows you to create the extraction of data in any format (txt, xml, ascii, dbf, xls, etc.) allowing the import and export of data to any management procedure.

Planning
Production planning
Through sophisticated calculation tools, you can define a production plan based on production capacity and the real need of the business. With parameters that can be fed directly from the corporate data, both current and historical, the Planning module will define a production plan that will improve the operating margin by reducing delivery times, lowering inventory and trying to remove broken stock. The final goal is to produce more and more orders and less for the stock. The Planning can be remoulded continually making the necessary corrections quickly to production plan. The Planning determines the level of loading of lines / machines for casting and moulds and needs for resources to fulfill the production plan.
Scheduling
Determination of production plans

The Scheduling Module will perform the function to optimize stages after casting. As the process of casting the required capacity will not be possible to define a production plan conforms to the real needs of the business. With the scheduling procedure will be implemented to indicate which products should go forward in giving first priority to deliveries and leaving the products for the store. Mould Management
The procedure TRACK SAN allows complete management of the moulds. In fact, the mould is used for the definition of articles (semi finished) products. Its age shows in addition to code and description, the number of flows provided, the link with the main semifinished product and semi-alternative, the number of parts produced in a single casting. Each load of new versions automatically generates a progressive (register mould) that identifies the mould throughout its life, allowing a full control on the quality of parts produced and its duration. The management of the moulds allows full monitoring of the position. It os possible to know at any time where there is the mould (Stock, Drying, Production, casting line). This can be facilitated by the use of automatic tracking systems based on RFID technology.

Management Line
(Casting Machine)
The management of production lines, mainly those in the casting phase, allows to put into practice what is the production plan. Based on the planning system or on the advice of the senior production will make the loading of the dies on each line by determining which and how many articles you produce. Each load or any variation thereof will be stored allowing always a place between the expected production and recognized. The procedure of the load line allows, if deemed necessary, to speed up the detection of production through the sequential reading of the mould unique number.

Management stages of production
TRACKSAN allows management of the stages in parametric to allow a check only on phases of interest and the addition of intermediate stages, depending on the needs. Casting Phase

POST phases Choice

Hardware minimum requirements and recommended
