TRACK BASE The TRACKSAN procedure is MultiUser, Multi Company, Multi stablishment, Multi-store. The TRACK BASE module deals with the management of the Back Office and consists of the following operating functions: Storage Management Population: • Personal Factories • Operators full details • Personal Terminals • Personal Defects • Location details • Groups Planning • Table Colours Phases of Production All the production phases will be defined and coded for operational steps that are intended to control production. Are the stores (origin, destination, waste) in which the movements make loading and unloading goods and the defects associali to the stage. During their production are also shown the work which can be performed on the product. Production Lines (machines or stations) In register production lines are listed in the casting machine and its load of production. For casting lines you can specify its type (normal or high pressure) and whether a single or double casting. In the same age are also loaded all the workstations for which you want to control. Management Articles The articles are classified into three distinct categories: 1. Finished products: These are commercial products, the ones that appear in the catalogue. In addition to the classical data Indicatedare: the possible number of labels to be printed in the process of choice, if the product is automatically inserted into a pallet, the possible number of pieces that make up the pallet itself. In finished products is also referred to the semi from which derives. 2nd Semi: It is the product that is generated at the time of casting. In register is possible to indicate the various components that will be used in its manufacture and at what stage should be used. 3rd Mould: Mould In register shows the semi-product or semi-alternative (ie no sink holes or with holes, tank, or normal for the disabled, etc.) are defined, the number of parts produced per cast and the number of castings in the life of the mould. The finished products, semi-finished and the moulds are joined with each other thanks to membership in the same series and the same figure. Operation Production Management Phases chosen • Management of Moulds (load, Handling, Disposal.) • Managing load lines casting (production plan) • Managing historical load lines • Handling Management (data collection procedures for data collection and management movements.) • Generation of stock movements (opt.)
