Management of post processing option
The procedure TRACK POST manages processes that are performed on finished products after the stage of choice.
TRACK POST runs the following cases:
• Richoiceable product: the first choice if the product is classified in a wrong way with this option, you can redefine the new selection with the resulting shift in the right position is both operational and logistics.
• Transformation article: the transformation article is used when a finished product you should get another one.
This transformation can be simple (eg: drilling of wash basin and bidet) with the discharge of the finished product of origin and the load of the finished product to destination, or complex (colouring or decoration) is possible even where the discharge of additional components used (enamel , decoration, etc..)
• Manufacturing of successive (rectify etc..) Might indicate that subsequent machining is required for certain products.
These processes may be indicated as mandatory or optional.
• Testing (Test empty, drain, load weight, etc..) Can be recorded for statistical purposes and those articles which have undergone tests or test.
The procedure is concerned to maintain the traceability of products, the exhaust of the original product and the load and the resulting product of all possible steps to be done in store.
